Stephanny Avshalomov

Stephanny Avshalomov is an associate in SLG’s New York office.

Stephanny received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During her time at Cardozo, Stephanny served as a junior law clerk to the Honorable Vincent L. Briccetti of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York through the Alexander Fellows Program. She was a Staff Editor for the Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the Intensive Transactional Lawyering Program. She was vice president of Cardozo’s Startup Law Society and a mentor for Cardozo’s Mentorship Program.

Prior to joining SLG, Stephanny gained valuable experience in corporate law at AXA XL in the Mergers and Acquisitions department, where she analyzed the complexities and risks involved in large-scale transactions, and at Bruderman & Co., where she contributed to various corporate transactional agreements.

At Industry Mercenary, a consulting services firm for global luxury and performance footwear brands, Stephanny honed her ability to advise on key compliance issues, support corporate governance initiatives, and ensure alignment between legal strategies and business objectives.

Stephanny has cultivated a well-rounded skill set and aims to deliver thoughtful, tailored legal advice to SLG’s clients.
